The Role: Behavioral Support Specialist - A Behavioral Support Specialist is responsible for providing care, support, and guidance to individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors, have developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, or other behavioral needs. The primary role is to create and implement behavior support plans and strategies aimed at improving individuals' behavior, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting their overall well-being.

Location: Possible travel between Bloomington, St. Paul, and Minneapolis​

Pay: This is an hourly role. Ranges from $17-20/hr.

Hours: Daytime and weekend availability perferred - Flexible on hours.
What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
High School Diploma or its equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle with insurance, and a good driving record.
Must be willing to submit to a background study completed by the Department of Human Services.
Ability to move intermittently throughout the day
Have a positive demeanor
Must be willing to travel to different site locations.
