As one of Minnesota’s leading agency’s in the home and community-based services (HCBS) space, we bring a lived-experience lens that is often missing from the design and implementation of care systems. Our administrative team is made up of professionals who not only understand the policies and structures—they’ve lived within them, worked around their gaps, and helped reshape them to be more equitable, effective, and people-centered.
