We are refining our emergency response plans and modifying them as the need arises. We are approaching this as flexibly as possible to ensure maximum protection and support. We believe we all have an obligation to each other to engage in best practices for health and hygiene.

The administration staff is meeting regularly to update our plans, policies, and practices as new information becomes available, and to continue learning as much as we can in order to make informed decisions.

We have increased our cleaning protocols using products

We are asking employees who are showing symptoms to stay home and get tested and we also have the equipment to test on-site.

We are providing hygiene education to our staff and the people we serve to ensure ongoing compliance

In residential care facilities, we are limiting visitors and unnecessary exposures.
