Housing Support (Formerly GRH)
At Affinity Residential Care, we support individuals who need assistance finding and maintaining stable housing in the community.

Housing stability plays a vital role in health, independence, and overall well-being. Our Housing Support services help individuals access housing resources and supportive services to live safely and successfully in the community.

The Housing Support program, administered by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), helps eligible individuals pay for housing costs and essential living needs. The program is designed to prevent homelessness and reduce the need for institutional care.
What is Housing Support?
Housing Support is a Minnesota program designed to help people with disabilities and older adults who have low income pay for housing and receive services that support stable living.

The program may also provide support services that help individuals maintain housing, access employment, and address health-related needs.
Affinity Residential Care works with counties, case managers, and community partners to support individuals who qualify for Housing Support services.
