What is ICS?
Integrated Community Supports (ICS) is a service designed for adults with disabilities who live in apartment-style housing controlled by a provider. This model prioritizes privacy, autonomy, and flexible support based on the person’s goals and needs—allowing individuals to live more independently while still receiving customized assistance.

Affinity Care MN offers Integrated Community Support (ICS) apartments across the Twin Cities metro area, with convenient locations in Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington Counties, including the cities of Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, and Newport.
