  • The Company: Affinity Care MN is a fast-growing Assisted Living & Home Care company helping individuals with disabilities live with dignity with our exceptional care.​

  • The Role: Registered Nurse - As a vital part of our clinical staff, the RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care, supporting health and wellness goals, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for individuals we serve.

  • Location: Possible travel between Bloomington, St. Paul, and Minneapolis​

  • Pay: This is an hourly role. Ranges from $17-20/hr.

  • Hours: Daytime and weekend availability perferred - Flexible on hours.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota​

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited nursing program.

CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred

Previous experience in clinical, long-term care, home health, or acute settings is preferred but not required.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
