The Role: Direct Support Professional - We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to work in our independent apartments program. The primary function is to provide services to adults with Developmental Disabilities, Mental Illness, and/or Chemical Dependency in the client’s home.

Location: Possible travel between Bloomington, St. Paul, and Minneapolis​

Pay: Non-exempt hourly position. Starting pay is $19 - $21/hr.

Hours: Full Time (7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, 11 PM-7 AM, Monday to Friday and Every other weekend)
What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
High School Diploma or its equivalent
Possess a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle.
Minimum of one year of experience caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities.
Ability to move intermittently throughout the day.
Make independent decisions when circumstances warranted.
Ability to use electronic charting system and complete daily communication.
